This's a magic cake!!!

Hello readers,

and yes I'm back with an incredibly easy and delicious recipe! If I've had success with this one, so everybody can do it as it's the easiest cake I've ever baked! Sincerely I'm not good at pastry and baking at all. When I found this recipe on a website, I was convinced immediately that I would try it. The original recipe is here: http://news.fidelityhouse.eu/cucina/torta-magica-alla-nutella-151481.html

They called it the "Magic Nutella Cake". All you need is 3 eggs and 300g. of nutella. Yes..only 2 ingredients..that's why they call it magic!

First, beat 3 eggs for 10 minutes or until you get a foamy composition. I used an electric beater and it was really helpful!! Then, pour bit by bit 300 g. of liquid nutella (heated but not boiled) into the foamy composition and mix well. Finally you'll get a beautiful a-bit-liquid result.

Pour the ready composition into a small baking mold (I used an 18-cm- round one). Bake it at the temperature of 180 ํc for half and hour. Don't bake it too long, otherwise the cake won't be as soft as it must be. I reduced the temperature into 160 ํc in the last 10 minutes.

Let the cake cool down and decorate it as you want. I covered my cake with some icing sugar and raspberries. This's the result!

Just try and you'll love it =^.^=

What they think about us (Thai people)

I've just read an article and would like to share it here. I believe it'd be fine to the writer :)

Some points may not always be right, however this's more or less our routines.

Who knows why, but living in a country full of mess like Thailand is such relaxing.

Waiting for Expo 2015...an interesting experiment!

I just have watched a very nice video on youtube and I can't avoid sharing it. It's about Americans who tried Thai sweets for the first time of their lives. They might not have had such a good experience but I love their expressions. Well, Thai sweets are too strange for the Westerners, both in the aspect and the taste. I occasionally cook or buy some but my Italian family just simply never try them. They reject them completely!!! Thus, I found this video very funny and pleasant :)

Proudly present....

My son (13 years old at the moment) has taken 1-hour piano lesson each week from autumn to spring (obviously every activity is paused in summer months) for 2 years already. At the end of May, the school organized a Rock Concert where my son took part in the second part of the all-time greatest song "Bohemian Rhapsody" (1975 by Queen). He was so eager to perform it. He has been listening to some Queen's songs the summer before (when we were on holiday at Bangkok). It was like a gift for him the fact that he had been assigned to play this song, the last song to close the concert that night. Unfortunately his dad had to miss the opportunity to see him playing in the band on live show, and had to watch the vdo clip made by my smart phone. Better than nothing!

At first, I didn't want to share this vdo clip for some reason but some months later I just thought..why not?? It's absolutely correct to publish the vdo. When a parent feel so proud of his/her own kid, there's nothing weird to tell others.

Well, I trimmed the 5-minute vdo into a very short one (as allowed on the website). My boy was playing the electronic keyboard. He did well in the show and we're proud of him :)

Learning Italian hand gestures

I talked to a friend of mine about learning Italian language and people's habit, then a video clip I've watched some time ago came to my mind. It's a funny one but I admit that at the beginning when I transferred to Italy, I found their way of conducting hand gestures while speaking a bit ridiculous. However, I think it's useful knowing what the gestures mean. Each nation has its own customs!

Phuket - one of the places I've loved

Despite the gigantic disaster from tsunami on December 26, 2004, Phuket has recovered and returned to be heaven on earth again. This place restores me a quite valuable memory of my youth.

The coldest summer

This's the sky in July. This summer must be the coldest and rainiest one in my memory since I've lived in Italy (since 1999). Last winter was the warmest one in my memory though. If autumn turns out to be sunny, then we'll have such a good year end. Yet why these are all happening??

I just drop by to say hello and keep my blog alive! So sorry not to update it more often. I'm working too slowly on my writing project too. I sometimes wish I could stop the world for a moment!
